THE Village Hospitality Program
Created in partnership with Signia by Hilton Atlanta and North Georgia Technical College, this pilot offers young adults aging out of care a place to live and learn, a community where they belong, and a career to build.
THE Village Hospitality Program provides eligible youth with industry recognized credentials, hands-on training, and a clear path to employment in Georgia’s hospitality sector. This initiative combines education, employment preparation, and comprehensive support services in a coordinated model designed specifically for youth aging out of foster care.
THE Village is a 250-acre experiential learning campus in Toccoa, created as a place where young adults transitioning from foster care can build stability, community, and careers.
With support from the NBA Foundation, the Atlanta Hawks Foundation, and Fostering Success Act, Inc., these partners are creating sustainable career pathways in one of Georgia’s fastest-growing industries.
